What we do…

Occupational Therapy Assessments

We provide comprehensive occupational therapy using standardised and non-standardised measures to support goal setting and developing a therapeutic plan. From here, we set collaborative and functional goals with families to support ongoing therapy and access to services.

Individual Therapy Sessions

We provide holistic, child-centred occupational therapy with a strong focus on supporting children's emotional wellbeing, mental health, and participation in everyday life. Working collaboratively with children and their families, we deliver individualised therapy that promotes confidence, resilience, and independence.

We support children in areas including:

  • Emotional regulation, anxiety, and managing big feelings

  • Sensory processing differences and self-regulation

  • Executive functioning skills, including attention, planning, organisation, and impulse control

  • Gross and fine motor development

  • Play, social skills, and peer relationships

  • School readiness and key transitions

  • Independence in self-care tasks, such as toileting, feeding, dressing, and sleep routines

We have a particular interest in supporting children with neurodevelopmental differences and mental health challenges. Therapy aims to build emotional awareness, coping strategies, and everyday skills that enable children to participate successfully at home, school, and in the community.

We work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to provide practical strategies and recommendations, including environmental adjustments that support participation and wellbeing. Services are delivered in the clinic, home, preschool, school, and community settings to ensure therapy is meaningful and embedded within everyday life.

Parent and Caregiver Consultations

Parent sessions are an integral part of the therapy process and are tailored to your family’s unique needs. These flexible sessions provide a safe and collaborative space to reflect on your child’s strengths, challenges, and current needs, and to set meaningful goals together. They also offer an opportunity to build your understanding and learn practical strategies to support your child’s emotional wellbeing, development, and participation in everyday life at home.
